Dave Harkins, Managing Partner

Dave Harkins founded David Harkins Group in 1997 and continues to provide active leadership in all of the firm's projects. His background includes extensive experience in organizational management, operations reengineering, change facilitation, brand building, trademark management, technology, marketing and business development.

He’s a veteran entrepreneur and change agent, with significant experience in starting and running wholesale, retail, online, and service businesses. He previously served as Vice President, Strategic Services at the Jackson Group/Total Response, Managing Partner of Taylor-Harkins Group, Executive Vice President at Lighton Colman Brohan Davis, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President, Customer Care at Geneer and VP, Marketing and Product Development at Nykamp Consulting Group. He has also held leadership positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, PinPoint Marketing, and The Arnold Agency.

Mr. Harkins is a student of emerging technologies and cultural change as it relates to business development and marketing. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on topics such as innovation, brand development, licensing, marketing, strategy, marketing information systems, database marketing and CRM.
