We started David Harkins Group in 1997 as a marketing consultancy, but we learned quickly that our work we were called on to do was more about navigating human behavior and organizational change.

Today, we're in the business of helping organizations navigate change and disruption in ways that grow business value. Our value to clients is in our unique ability to creatively meet new and unforeseen challenges to keep our clients on a path of sustainable growth.

We call ourselves "a marketing and innovation consultancy", but that doesn't mean we're "wild and crazy" about our approach to our client's business. In fact, our philosophy can be boiled down to this simple statement:

If it won't deliver real results, we won't do it.

Innovation is really not about crazy ideas, it's about continuing to rethink processes and procedures in order to find a better way to do thing--whether it's connect with the customer, market a new product or a launch a business model. We know that progressive strategies and innovative tactics can be attention-getting, but if such solutions can't be deployed efficiently and generate real results for clients, we find another way.
